Can CBD Oil help with Migraines?

Many people who suffer from migraines will tell you that most current treatments for migraine headaches aren’t very effective, or that the side effects of those treatments can be rather unpleasant. Many of these drugs are not designed for long-term use – a major problem if you suffer from chronic migraines or chronic pain in general.

In general, for chronic pain – which migraines are categorized under – an approximate dose between 2.5-20 milligrams per day- taken regularly for two-weeks is generally recommended for best results

After about two weeks your body should respond best to CBD, and keep in mind that each person’s body is different and responds differently. You may need to adjust your dose a few times before you figure out the perfect amount for you. CBD is non-habit forming and you cannot overdose, so it’s worth exploring the various ways of consuming CBD to find what works best for you.
