How do i become a member?
Becoming a member is free and easy. All you have to do is prove you are over the age of 19 and that you live in Canada Register now for free!
How can i order?
Sign up for a free account and then place your order online. Alternatively, you can send us an email or talk to us on our live chat. Our live chat is available from 8am – 8pm PST and we will be happy to help you fulfill your order.
Can I place larger orders than those listed on your site?
No, not at the moment. If you desire a larger quantity than what we have listed, you may want to consider placing multiple orders. Multiple orders are always available for you.
Why did the secret answer change when I received my “order processing” email?
Just a quirk with our ecommerce settings, when the 2nd email goes out letting you know we’ve received payment, it includes your order info, and the system is set up to never give the same security answer twice. Nothing to worry about.
Who is eligible to purchase on your site?
To order you must show that you are at least 19 years of age and reside within Canada. We will only ship to Canadian addresses.
Am I allowed to pick up my order?
No. You cannot directly pick up your order from us. We only accept payments via email money transfer and can only send your products through mail order at this time.
Is it safe to order?
There are many mail order marijuana sites in Canada. Some of these sites have shipped marijuana in the mail since the 1990’s. To date, we know of no-one who has ever been charged with receiving marijuana in the mail. Canada post employees are not allowed to open packages below 30 grams.
Do you have compassionate pricing for medical patients?
At the moment we don’t. We have priced most of our products below our competitors prices, and if needed you can send us a message explaining your situation and we can usually work something out.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. Due to the nature of the consumables we sell, and ridiculous shipping costs in Canada we can’t accept returns of any kind. However depending on the situation we can usually work something out to keep both parties happy, so just send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you charge tax on purchases?
Yes, we charge GST or HST on all purchases depending on which province you live in.
What’s the difference between a sativa and an indica?
When indica strains are smoked/ingested they typically provide the user with a full-body, relaxing high. Sativa strains typically provide the user with an energizing, euphoric and inspiring high, generally followed by a period of increased appetite, especially for sugary foods. An easy way to differentiate the two is indica is sometimes referred to as “couch-weed” or “wheelchair weed”.
What is a hybrid strain?
Hybrid strains are typically bred from an indica strain and a sativa strain in an attempt to reap the benefits of both.
Hybrid strains are either sativa or indica dominant. Hybrids can provide users with a combination of both a body and head high.
What is CBD?
CBD is the second most prominent chemical compound in cannabis. Medicinal benefits include: anti-inflammatory properties, analgesic, anti-convulsant, stress relief. CBD is not psychoactive which makes it great for medical purposes.
How much should I ingest when using edibles?
Our recommended dose is between 10-15 mg for first time users. Edibles take at least an hour to digest and take effect. Be patient and do not dose again until you’ve waited at least three hours from the first dose. It’s always better to eat too little than too much. The high from edibles will last between 6-12 hours.
Please note: ingesting an edible on an empty stomach can have a stronger and sometimes negative effect on the user. It is always recommended to have eaten something within 15-30 minutes
Shipping and Delivery
How long would it take to deliver to (insert your town here)?
Our little robots always ship your order the same day, (if ordered and paid before 2:00 Eastern time,) using Canada Post XpressPost. Shipping times are approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your location, holidays and sometimes even weather! Please keep in mind that these shipping times are approximate, and not a guarantee. We don’t ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we always send you a tracking number before your order ships, so you can see where your goodies are. Your tracking number doesn’t show in the Canada Post system until it has been scanned at the post office. We do not offer refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues or Canada Post delays.
Do you ship to the USA?
No. We only ship within Canada, no exceptions.
What if my order is stuck “In Transit”?
If the status is stuck in transit, please contact us to let us know. DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST FIRST. If you do this, we will not be able to do anything, and we want to be able to help you!! Once the package is 3 days overdue, then we can open an investigation with Canada Post. Please note that this Canada Post investigation can take up to thirty days. If they are able to find your package, then shipping will continue as normal. If the package is found to be lost after the investigation is complete, then we will happily send you a new order.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped in plain, smell proof packaging via Canada Post Xpresspost with a unique tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your parcel. All orders with a value over $200 will be shipped so that a signature is required upon delivery.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $150 receive free Xpress Post shipping. Orders under $150, shipping is $15. Please note that this $150 total is after coupon codes have been applied, and before taxes.
What happens if my order is marked as ‘Delivered’, but I don’t have my package?
We 100% guarantee your shipment if it is lost or stolen in transit.
If your tracking number says that the package has been delivered, but you have not received anything, please contact us first. DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST.
We will open an investigation with Canada Post, and once the package is found to be lost by Canada Post, we are absolutely happy to send you a new order.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a complete address and a valid name. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are happy to ship it back to you, but ask that you cover the cost of shipping.
If any problems arise during the shipping of your order, please DO NOT contact Canada Post or open a support ticket with them. If you do this we cannot guarantee your shipment anymore. Instead, please contact us at [email protected] with any issues and we will absolutely do all we can to sort it out!
