How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is free and easy. All you have to do is prove you are over the age of 19 and that you live in Canada Register now for free!
How can I order?
When you place your order, you’ll be walked through the simple process of creating your free account. If you’re having trouble placing your order, please contact us and we’re happy to walk you through it.
Do you do bulk or wholesale order?
No, not at the moment. We are merely a retail outlet for these products and do no wholesale orders.
Who is eligible to purchase on your site?
All persons over the age of 19 with a Canadian shipping address are eligible to order from us! We will only ship to Canadian addresses.
Am I allowed to pick up my order?
Sorry, we do not offer a pick-up option. We ship directly to your door via Canada Post.
Is it safe to order?
We have a 100% delivery guarantee, so if your package is deemed lost or stolen by Canada Post’s standards, we will happily replace it for you.
Do you have compassionate pricing for medical patients?
At the moment we don’t. We have priced most of our products below our competitors prices, but if needed, you can send us a message explaining your situation and we can usually work something out.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. Due to the consumable and personal nature of the products we sell, we can’t accept returns of any kind. However depending on the situation we can usually work something out to keep both parties happy, so just send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
Payments & Fees
Do you charge tax on purchases?
Yes, we charge all applicable GST or HST on all purchases depending on which province you live in.
What is CBD?
CBD is the second most prominent chemical compound in cannabis. Medicinal benefits include: anti-inflammatory properties, analgesic, anti-convulsant, stress relief. CBD is not psychoactive which makes it great for medical purposes.
Where are your products sourced from?
With the exception of one brand, all of our products are Canadian grown and produced.
Shipping and Delivery
How long would it take to deliver to (insert your town here)?
Our little robots always ship your order the same day, (if ordered and paid before 9 am Pacific time,) using Canada Post XpressPost. Shipping times are approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your location, holidays, and sometimes even weather! Please keep in mind that these shipping times are approximate, and not a guarantee. We don’t ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we always send you a tracking number before your order ships, so you can see where your goodies are. Your tracking number doesn’t show in the Canada Post system until it has been scanned at the post office. We do not offer refunds if the package arrives late due to postal issues or Canada Post delays.
Do you ship to the USA?
No. We only ship within Canada, no exceptions.
What if my order is stuck “In Transit”?
If the status is stuck in transit, please contact us to let us know. DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST FIRST. If you do this, we will not be able to do anything, and we want to be able to help you!! Once the package is 3 days overdue, then we can open an investigation with Canada Post. Please note that this Canada Post investigation can take up to thirty days. If they are able to find your package, then shipping will continue as normal. If the package is found to be lost after the investigation is complete, then we will happily send you a new order.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging via Canada Post Xpresspost with a unique tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your parcel. All orders with a value over $200 will be shipped so that a signature is required upon delivery.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $150 receive free Xpress Post shipping. Orders under $150, shipping is $15. Please note that this $150 total is after coupon codes have been applied, and before taxes.
What happens if my order is marked as ‘Delivered’, but I don’t have my package?
We 100% guarantee your shipment if it is lost or stolen in transit.
If your tracking number says that the package has been delivered, but you have not received anything, please contact us first. DO NOT CONTACT CANADA POST.
We will open an investigation with Canada Post, and once the package is found to be lost by Canada Post, we are absolutely happy to send you a new order.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a complete address and a valid name. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are happy to ship it back to you, but ask that you cover the cost of shipping, $15.
If any problems arise during the shipping of your order, please DO NOT contact Canada Post or open a support ticket with them. If you do this we cannot guarantee your shipment anymore. Instead, please contact us at [email protected] with any issues and we will absolutely do all we can to sort it out!
